Simple & practical tools to practice self-care – supporting well-being, vitality & work satisfaction.
CPD points can be applied for and a certificate of attendance will be given on the day.

This conference is for Doctors, Nurses, Managers, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Psychologists, Healthcare Administrators, Students are welcome.
About the SCHC team
The presenters and organisers are a team of highly skilled, multi-disciplinary professionals with many years experience in the healthcare industry. They present a true understanding of self-care and are deeply committed to supporting people towards true health. Guest speakers also to present.
